Where can I get a custom paint job for a guitar? ?

I'm going to buy my husband a new acoustic guitar and I want to start a painting custom about it. He is a big fan of Johnny Cash and I would like to get a picture of Johnny put the guitar for him. Any idea of someone close to Chattanooga or Atlanta could do it?
