Acoustic Guitar Esteban
Is the Yamaha FG700S folk acoustic guitar is good? And what "people" really mean?
This means that it will not sound so well for all the other songs? (I'm interested in playing acoustic versions of songs from rock and alternative.) I'm trying to convince my parents to me other guitars, and one that saw Esteban on HSN (which is very good, from what I saw here). This is my first guitar. I heard that high solids are good, and it has a solid spruce top. And the price is not so bad, either, at $ 200. (http://www.zzounds.com/item--YAMFG700S) Is this it? (and is at least better than the Esteban guitar) and acoustic folk are better or worse than dreadnought? Any other recommendations, if you do not like this guitar?
Go to a guitar shop independent (not a major chain stores) to be up front and honest with the people there about their desires. Do not pretend you know something your not. The majority of locally owned shops that will work with you to make a good deal on a guitar that you will be comfortable with. If you feel any pressure, run, do not go away and find another shop.
