Female up to 10 degrees for a talent show?
I am in tenth grade and I've been seriously thinking about going to a talent show and performance. I play the acoustic guitar and can play some songs from there. Also, I can sing. I do not sing like any pop star out there and I'm not looking to sound like them. I a more alternative sound that I hope people enjoy. I'm very shy and have nightmares about running and people leaving. No joke. So I guess my question is, I try a talent show? And if so, how can I prepare myself so I do not end up a complete failure. Also, I live in Mississippi, so if you know all the events that have talent shows, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Yes, you should do it. If you force you will never reach the stage freight and keep getting nightmares. prepare practicing in the mirror. Bring your family together and play for them very practical. when the time comes for the talent show pick up as many people as possible and spread them out in the audience. So when you sing you can always look for the fans happy and I know not match. that will encourage you and make you feel comfortable. also before the show, play music and drive to perform well, or you can jump around, get your blood flowing! good luck
