Guitar because of a rookie!
I got a guitar for my birthday and I really love to play guides on it, and some songs from the rope. (I use a capo a lot) but I was wondering if it was important to learn the true way to play, on a scale? My music is usually the scale, then a letter (string) above and below it has tabs. Which one should I play? And it's really hard for me to understand the scale, even though I've been playing piano for a while. Can anyone help me. It would be much appriciated, I'm pretty clueless on this subject. PS: Trying to learn on my own, I do not want lessons.
