What is a good quality, low price guitar to buy?
I'm a guitar player ok, I just want to learn and play songs I hear on the radio or online. I have an electric, but I went into a lot of alternative music involving chords played on an acoustic guitar. I thinking about buying one. need not be a top line guitar but I do not want to be a piece of junk either. Just something of good quality at a low price. thanks
Low price is a relative term. Alvarez makes quality guitars in all price ranges. You can get a well built Alvarez Artist Series for less than 200. For just over 500, you can get an Alvarez made of solid wood back, sides and top. Blueridge guitars makes it very pleasant. They range 300 for the cheapest, 700 for the intermediate and more than 2k more quality instruments. My advice is to play many guitars and buy the one that speaks to you more you can not live without. Check out Craigslist. You can get great deals there for used guitars. Used is best for acoustics. the wood has to solve and break in. Although, with an acoustic laminate, which is not a problem.
