Acoustic Guitar Sam Ash

Can anyone recommend some good guitar lessons online?
I had a bass guitar and acoustic for a long time, but never really taken the time to learn. I want to learn acoustic, but the lessons need at my disposal for when I find time to practice. I saw Sam Ash have some available, any suggestions?
In my opinion, any source is almost as good as any. However, as a beginner, I ask to you to get at least some live classes to start. The online tutorials - or the books / CDs / DVDs - won 't be able to look at you and tell you with fingers or hands are a little out of place. This may seem a small thing, but if you get used to errors in your technique, then you can end up with serious limitations, or repetitive motion injuries. I had a friend - a self-taught guitarist - who ended up getting surgery carpal tunnel in both wrists in the summer past. Do not go there! About a dozen classes a good teacher should set it up correctly. After that, you can study on their own. I recommend, than web sites, used bookstores, CDs and DVDs used in bookstores or on eBay - if you buy something and it is very difficult for you, just put it aside for a while and then see if you spoke to him. Another tip for a beginner - you make much more progress if you practice several times a day, instead of short a long time. Four sessions of 10 minutes you will get more than one session of 1 hour. When I learn a new instrument, I put it somewhere where I'll be remembered to pick it up and work on it often. After a while, you learn more and develop more endurance, and then extend the time for practices and begin to reduce their number, until you're doing an hour or more at a stretch.
