not change in size string electric guitar requires an adjustment tensor?

from what I've read that requires an adjustment of intonation and adjustment action (which I'm comfortable doing), but when it comes to the tensor some said you have to adapt it and others said that you do not need (what I think I can do, but if I do not have that I do not want to because it is right now). I'm asking because I plan to change 0.9s to 0.10s or 0.11s (in my power) since the 0.9s feel and sound too thin for me. thanks

you should not have to adjust the truss rod just because you changed string guages.
