Electric Guitar Body Types

How can I get the best possible support for an electric guitar?
What kind of guitar will give me more support? What type of body gives more support? The habits of play will give me the best support? The guitar chords will give me more support? Pickups effect of living? What kind of wood gives the guitar more sustain? I heard that two EMG humbuckers is the industry leader to support. Is this correct? Sorry for the redundant questions, but I think I have the best responses when I do it.
I can answer some of them, I think. You want a "set" in the neck instead of a bolt on neck. You want a "piece" solid body, and not a solid body that is glued in half as a Squier start. Pickups will affect support, the stronger the field have the strongest magnetic field, thus gaining more and support. (I think) that bridges bar stop to help a little. (at least that's what he said on my guitar) wood Probably heavier as mahogany would be better to support. Strings eh ..... ... IDK I used Ernie Ball strings for over 30 years, so I can not talk about this issue. Learn a technique of vibrato pulse good, keep your right palm of the bridge and if you have a kind Gibson Tune o matic and stop bar, do not touch the strings while playing between the tail piece and bridge. All that dampen vibrations reduce support for a fraction too little amps settings and effects boxes can help obtain or maintain reduced also.
