What kind of strings should I use in a electirc Acoustic Guitar?

I just bought a Dean V-coustic Thin Body Acoustic Electric Guitar, and, of course, the sequences that came with it suck so I need better strings. Should I buy strings of electric guitar or acoustic guitar strings.

Depends on what you want to play ... I use the lightest gauge ernie ball super slinkys (electrical cord), because I prefer a G string unwound and just sounds better than I play. fingerpick if you can want a string gauge thicker. Flatpicking bluegrass and blues recommends thicker strings, but I like my light very well ... obviously you have to adjust them more often, but I had a problem. Buy a set of acoustic strings that are a thicker gauge strings and some electric lighter, then try the two and see which sounds best for you.
