Guitar Adjustments

Can a Left-Handed Guitar chord be back (as if a right-handed)?
and keep the same sound? or will be adjustments to the guitar itself needs to be done?
You will need to replace the nut (piece of bone or plastic in the head of the guitar where the strings pass to the tuners) and the bridge (where the strings go to where they anchor in the body) to accommodate the reverse order of the strings. The bridge, in particular, need some careful adjustment of intonation. Or a luthier should luthiery do the job. Moreover, the shield will be in the wrong place. If you do this correctly, the guitar will sound the same.
