What teachers guitar (good) tell you the first lessons in the top few?

Currently, I can not give guitar lessons, then I wanted to know what an experienced guitar teacher (students or the teachers) could tell me what is the best thing to do would be as a beginner? Arpeggios? Scales? Picking Exercises? Ect?
