What is a chord A2, and what is an Asus?

I'll be the pianist relief for our worship team from church. I'm learning the songs from leaves that are noticeable in the guitar strings. I can read music, but have been away from the piano for a long time and some of the chords seem confusing. So I need a description of what, on a keyboard (not a guitar!) A2 is a string and an Asus what is?
