Question of guitar chord?

ok so I'm working on learning some chords that I'm new to guitar, but I play piano and can read music. couple questions. When a chord diagram looks like (the A string) A and B ---|- x----|---|---|---|---| |---|--- G |---| ---|- x-|---|---|---| D ---|- x-|---|---|---| The ---|---| E ---|---|---| ---|---|---|---|---| I have to play the EA and strings And, or not? (This is out guitar.com final) and the second song that I have that of (Wonderwall) says that the chord is this A - 320,033. This is not the same as above, why? And finally, does anyone know a site that can help to relate guitar for piano chords / notes or a book? I know a lot, but thanks for any help.

His scheme is a chord of A major, then you definitely want to play the A string open, since that is the root of the chord, and you want to play the high E string And since it's one of the notes of a chord of A (C # is the third). You And can play the bass too, but generally * chords sound better if the root of the chord is the lowest note you hear. But if while you were away you strummed strum the low E string, it would at least in line with the rope. The other string that you mention: 320033 - there is a chord of A. His chord G major, composed of the following notes from the bottom up: GBDGDG But if you're playing with a capo on the second fret, a G chord leave * sounding like an A, because the capo on the second fret brings into force all to tune the guitar a whole step. Then a chord played with a capo on the second fret you will get * sounding like a B. I hope this helps.
