None of the three major guitar manufacturers that make this guitar today (Gibson / Epiphone, Hamer, Dean) to make a left handed Explorer. Gibson is no longer even-handed in its Explorers Custom Shop! Therefore, no amount of money today, you will get a new "original".
The Gaskell Classic is similar but not the same as the Gibson / Hamer / Dean Explorers. Redesigned, Australia, incorporates a little smaller, evenly weighted body with a correct center of gravity, making it more comfortable, more playable, and eternally stylish. Equipped with a set of "60 Neck" (different from the original), the Gaskell Classic allows you to easily manage complex chords, and be able to easily carry up and down the fret board. Contrary to what is inspiration, the Classic is controlled by one volume and two tone controls.
Like all Gaskell guitars, this guitar is always fully finished and set up Sydney, Australia or San Diego, USA. Gaskell's classic is a good tool appropriate professional for any style of music, including Pop, Blues, Country, Jazz, Funk, Rock, Metal, etc.
