Random spaced feeling?
Throughout the day, I get what can only be described as "spaced out feelings." Suddenly the dimensions of things seem strange. My feeling feel miles away from my head, and I feel like I'm towering over things. You could even say "head in the clouds." During these times I also feel very disassociated from my body and relatively unemotional. These experiences come and go at random, such as playing guitar hero or a video game. I am currently in use and have not experienced any traumatic events. What is it and what is causing this?
I used to get this very often. It felt very scary for me, it seems that I could just sit there and people talk to me and it would feel like I'm in a dream or something. You have trouble sleeping? If you contact a doctor quickly and it probably Meletonin will recommend either drug for sleep. They are completely harmless short-term. If I am sorry, but I'm not sure why the other lot.
