PC User looking for help in purchasing "Apple" system for music.?

My 2 are both in music (guitar Battery). They also stay after school to create electronic music - and record live instruments to create tracks. We use the PC at home - but what I would to get them is a system and Apple Logic (sp?) Software that they also exploit this at home. It's fun for them, but serious enough that it is not a toy / game thing (I think they are beyond the software GarageBand). Someone could help forge a trading system based on Apple's list for the research around me about it? Apple Name System - The amount of RAM required - audio card - MIDI keyboard / controller .... (not necessarily Apple-branded) - I think they buy the software through the school at a price student discount. Except that I'm not looking to spend some money millon ... Thank you.

First, I think I should point out that the logic is not just your choice. FL Studio - http://www.flstudio.com/ and Sony ACID Pro - http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/product.asp?pid=383 If you are able to assemble a custom computer, or know someone who can, I recommend building a custom Windows XP or 2000 machine (not Vista), with an AMD X2 at least 1 (2 is best) GB of RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce 7000 or 8000 if you are willing to pay for it, and all parties other you need. Parts Buy locally if you can, but go to tigerdirect.com if you can not. Local parts are generally more expensive, but if you have a good business computer owned site near the advice that you can begin selecting the pieces are worth. Honestly I am a little separation products of Apple. Your operating system is decent, but the hardware is very overpriced. If you can, I think you should make a custom-built Windows machine and do something different logic. However, if you're not a computer person, you should get a pre-built computer, and Apple machines are the best (most, if overpriced) computers on the market. If you want to get a Mac, you should probably get a machine (desktop MacMini, iMac or Mac Pro), and although it is quite expensive, I recommend the Mac Pro, because it is the only Apple makes the machine is really very upgradeable. (The others are held together by glue.) If you do not want to spend much, one of the other two is good. All Apple computers come with a decent processor and video card, so it is much of a problem. I recommend 1 GB of RAM minimum, 2 GB would probably be better for what you want to do. Since music will eat your disk space very quickly get a large hard drive. On a non-Apple Mac, I never heard of one, but if you can find one, I recommend that you consider , as Apple's hardware is insanely overpriced. computer Happy shopping.

These new recordings of mostly recent Gill compositions are the culmination of a project aimed at recording four distinct albums: rock, romance, vintage honky-tonk, and acoustic. The Rockin' Record, virtually perfect from start to finish, begins with "Workin' on a Big Chill," its swampy groove straight out of John Fogerty and a showcase for Gill's guitar virtuosity--a groove he resumes on "Cowboy ...

Extreme's best recording displays this band's considerable talents to their best advantage, particularly those of guitarist Nuno Bettencourt and vocalist Gary Cherone (as of this writing, sounding a lot like Sammy Hagar as the current singer for Van Halen). The album's success has mainly been due to the soft-spoken hits "More Than Words" and "Hole Hearted," but there's plenty to like on this album...
