Guitar Bridge Pins
Restringing acoustic guitar bridge pins will not stay put!?
I'm restringing my sister's guitar and the bridge pins keep popping out when the wind tuning peg and tighten the rope. Am I doing something wrong, or the bridge pins are just peices of crap?
You probably are not just pushing them in very difficult. The pin wedges the ball at the end of the chain to the side of the hole through a crack in the pin, or is a solid fix it wedges the sequence over a slot cut in the bridge. Read the bottom of the article I sent on "Flying bridge pins.
