Just curious that's all thanx: D sorry between 3 types of blues hehe my mistake

OK, some basics on "The Blues" and its origins in Mississippi delta. Poor blacks in the Deep South of the USA used the most basic facilities, such as the guitar and harp (harmonica) and their voices to make music, was theirs alone. The Roots were the original church music that leaned to sing as children. Original blues 12 bar can be modified in various ways, moving strings and change the tempo (speed of music) and repeating a phrase about blues again. Delta are not electric, not battery. Chicago style is Music Bar, with battery ampilfied and electric guitar and brass horns (trumpet sax and trombone) all going flat out. Texas is a mix with some Spanish influences and more swing to it. Some examples of players are well-known blues: BB King, an old style player from Chicago, favourire with his guitar "Lucille." Been playing since he left Mississippi 10 years. An old-style Delta Blues player, long dead, was Howling Wolf, and another was Brownie McGee. The white guy who could really play Texas blues was Stevie Ray Vaughan, died very young in a plane crash. Ray Charles was a killer blues piano man, who also had lots of "country and western" hits in his long career. In the 1950 Rhythm and Blues broke that it is "music" racial stereotype and guys like Little Richard and James Brown have time to radio and sold millions records. R & B has its roots in the blues, but with greater speed and charisma on stage. A traditional blues player woud never go on stage in a silver lame suit and James Brown. Modern blues players are not all black. Slow Hand ... Eric Clappton is British, as well as many other current heros blues guitar. A blind man in Canada Jeff Healey, surprised everyone away with his unique style, playing his Fender Telecaster flat kneeling position. He died recently of cancer in 41 years. I hope that some help to you. Jim B.

Desperate times call for desperate measures, and perhaps no time in America's history has been so desperate as the Great Depression. Hundreds of thousands of young men and women left home seeking work and money wherever they could find it, and many of them took to hopping trains as a means of cheap, speedy (though by no means safe) travel. Riding the Rails lets survivors tell their stories of thri...
