Guitar Tuners step down any tuning? ?

I found a site that uses a guitar tuner online alternative, but I'd like to find a real so that I can use it anywhere and anytime. I have an electric guitar tuner regular, so if there is a way I can use it to drop tuning, please let me know. Thank you.

I use a Korg tuner generic and he drops tuning. It has a button that's labeled "flat" and when you press it, it decreases the step tuning 1 / 2. If I want to fall to C or something that I just press it a few times to drop even more. seeing how the tuner I use is very generic and cheap, your should have a similar feature. Maybe give us the brand or model name to get better answers.
