Yes It's called the Online Guitar Archive - OLGA or. He has been online for years and is where I have downloaded most of my guides. Unfortunately, is down right now, because it was under legal scrutiny for years - but since the community is run (much like Napster, Limewire, etc.) I am suspecting that will resurface. I would keep checking back. one more feature that you can check is the central line, which is where I found OLGA. They have a list other resources - but many of them were closed for lawsuits already. If you find one that still tablature posts, I recommend downloading as much as you can quickly!
