How to get a sound Ted Nugent on guitar?

How do you get a sound like Uncle Ted in "Cat Scratch Fever" and "Great White Buffalo" Guitar. There he uses any pedals that can give you that sound?

For Cat Scratch Fever, in fact I really do not think he used all the effects at all. I think he used that mainly large semi hollow with Humbuckers Gibson and passing a tube 100W Marshall Stack. Any delay effects and others, as was done by engineer recording. It was not all stompboxes you have today back when he made that song. (I know, I was playing gigs as a teenager back in those days. I myself Cat Scratch Fever!) that time there were only a few pedals and a wah Cry Baby, Vox Wah and Fuzz Morley, a couple of boxes of distortion DOD, and the Bigmuff phase shifters. It is a very large selection. We have our biggest distortion of overdriving the amplifier. Distortion boxes back then sounded pretty negligible. I just used a wah pedal for the most part, myself. Back in '78, or so I used a small stone phaser, sometimes, too. Other than that, there really was not much worth using at the moment. To get it today, I would do the same thing. Try not to handle it a lot with effects pedals. If you have humbuckers and a distortion configuration to your amp, just crank it up! Line 6 Metal scene works well if you have a Line 6. If you have a master volume and a volume control, then crank Master 10, treble at 9 or 10 bass of 10, average about 7 This should overdrive enough to get a good distortion.
