I've felt that no matter what I did, no matter how much I practiced and no matter how much I fought, I would never be able to play with the speeds of the gods the guitar like Eddie Van Halen, Steve Vai and all the rest. I had tried several techniques to speed guitar, but nothing worked. It made me absolutely miserable as this was my ultimate goal on the guitar! I soon discovered that I was not alone, I did some posts in forums guitar and found hundreds and possibly thousands of guitarists as the spirit stuck in a rut that they could not leave. This is what I fed.

I finally decided, no matter what, nothing would stop me, I was going to get Guitar recording speed. The first thing that has been thought, how the hell am I doing this? I started looking everywhere I could possibly find information on how to develop the muscles in order to allow me to move faster, has more dexterity and ultimately more control over my fingers so that they would just where I wanted them. My search took many weeks, I really decided to give up, twice! But I struggled on and after talking with a lot of guitar players, Doctors, Medical and athlete I finally found what I was looking for.

I went home and started applying the exercises I was taught by these people, the thing is, I discovered that I was creating a huge short cut to achieving guitar recording speed. I made a schedule that took only 20 minutes I was doing every day. I created a table in my computer to document my results and began that day. I noticed after I did the exercises my hand actually felt like I had been working very hard the next day, the exercises were much easier than actually scared me. I was told I would get explosive muscle strength and speed very fast, but I had no idea it could happen so fast.

Long story short, in 2 weeks I increased my guitar speed by 400%. Needless to say I was amazed. All I wanted to do was share what I had found with the world. I realized that most guitarists would not believe me, and not even try, but I do not care because I'm living proof it works! These exercises speed was the only guitar that I had for, for years.

The exact method I used to win Guitar burning speed is too large to fit in this article, but you get your trip, pick up your guitar and start playing. Go to the download of a search (metronome on Google, there are plenty of online plus free) and start playing everything you know him, maintaining his perfect timing. Then slowly increase the BPM (beat per minute) until you are playing at the speed you always wanted.
