Guitar Finger Picking Practice

In classical guitar, which is a good song for beginners to practice when you want to learn the flamenco style?
I'm a guitarist beginner who is looking to learn the flamenco style and other finger-picking songs. I am looking for a great variety of music to choose from. I started playing Romanza Española by Ben Bolt, and the beginning of Asturias (the top of it, the music itself is very difficult.) However, I do not know of any "easy songs" flamenco. Any suggestions?
Canarios by Gaspar Sanz, I actually tabbed this myself. http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/g/gaspar_sanz/canarios_tab.htm
