Where is a place that I can have a custom built guitar?

Out of all the guitars I tried and looked, I like the creation of Les Paul more. I am looking for a place where I can have a body and neck designed to my specifications. I liked that Warmoth guitars offered because I could have a body Les Paul with the finish that I want and a neck with 24 frets instead of 22. I would also begin to assemble the equipment and own that I do not care. However, I found many negative reviews about customer service Warmoth guitar. If something goes wrong, you're screwed. So some put someone could point me to that might be what I'm looking for?
