Jackson JS30RR guitar fret buzzing problem?

Ok fellow musicians, I just bought this guitar very good and today I have been wanting this for a long time a while now. I just played in the store in standard tuning and I had no problem there. However, I play a half step down and now I find my E minor and a vibrating string as a beehive. I was raising the action but it does not do the trick. How do I get rid of this annoying problem? Is there a way at all without getting the guitar fully re-created?

I would say since you're down tuning buy thicker strings size. YOu're probobly using very little since you just bought. If that does not do the trick to take him to the store.
