guitar furniture polish
Another guitar question ...?

OK, so I bought my first acoustic guitar, and the store, the salesman mentioned that the polishing every two months or so. Since then, my father was telling me that I can, instead of using Polish string instrument, replace it with a furniture polish light, but that sounds ridiculous ... I'm just going to buy Polish stringed instrument anyway, but just for future reference, and my own curiosity, can you guys? thanks: D

You probably can use furniture polish, but why risk it? A bottle of Polish guitar will last you for years and at least you know you are using the right stuff. Good luck with your new guitar. What kind is it?
