How do I re-satin a guitar neck?
The neck of my guitar is a satin finish, or was, but now that kind of covert (Maybe because I stupidly polished it, but apparently after a while to go over anyway). Any advice on how to get the satin finish back?
easiest way is to get about 2000 paper, sand and gravel wet sand the end this will give you a beautiful satin finish just be careful about the sand as if you go there helpless you can possibly make the coat completely.
