What scale should I solo over that jazz (guitar)?

Some of my chords are: Gm Gm7 C Bb I've been playing it in G blues, but does not seem enough jazzy.

you're probably in the key of F to F major work. But do not try to improvise using the scale thinking. Think more on the chord tones and use them to create interesting lines. This is the key to getting a "jazzy" sound. Gm7 G Bb DF C CEG-Bb-DF on the guitar is easy to just pasta with some scales and not pay any attention to real notes you are playing. Do not do it. Practice playing each of these arpeggios in everywhere you can on the guitar neck. After doing this, then you can start adding some non-chord tones notes (scale not are in the string) to create more interest, but be sure to highlight the chord tones.
