What kind of exercise is better for me to see fast results?
Hello! I'm 18, 6'3, and weigh about 152 pounds I just recently graduated and I want to know what to prepare work plan would be better for me from home? I never had a 6-pack, in fact all my life I had this little pouch on my belly and it never bothered me until recently - I have seen the results of my "lack of exercise" are beginning to appear. Now, I I am a musician and a drum of about 3x per week, and I sing and perform on guitar two separate days a week, plus I run my own business Webdesigning to go the gym would be difficult for me. Moreover, living with the parents of my diet requires me to live out of your own low / no fat diet, so I eat and decenly in small portions. I was thinking, what cardio (because I know that just doing situps will do the trick) activities should I do to lose some Flubber and see the results quickly? My plan was to start running, doing sit-ups, pushups, pushups, etc. But I do not know how often and how long a week to do it and get results Fast. Help?
Dude I just had my baby etc. .. and it works everytime .... .... RUN run EVERYOTHER days as mon.wed and fri ..... and do sit-ups and push-ups pullups and pushups every day ...... start with 3 sets of 20 or until you hit muscle failure ... IM former army and worked for me .... good luck
