Electric violinists FUSE performed a show of high impact this year's annual British Red Cross International Committee Fundraising Gala Ball. Linzi Stoppard and Ben Lee (IC) presented excerpts of its long-awaited debut album.

Guests attended a reception and dinner in one of a selection of Ambassadors residence before being taken the Hyatt Regency London The Churchill Hotel for entertainment, dancing and the ability to offer unique items and unattainable in an auction that raised money for life international economy work the British Red Cross.

This year's theme was "A Celebration of Life" and the gala brought together influential people from all over the world. Guests included Anne Robinson, Sir Trevor Nunn and European royalty.

All money raised from Gala Ball will fund the vital work of the British Red Cross, the United Kingdom and around the world, which recently included the relief work in Darfur, efforts to help thousands of people affected by cholera and food shortage in Zimbabwe and to raise funds for those affected by the earthquake Italian and Australian bushfire
