What is the ideal humidity level for ...?
A guitar so I do not have to use the little sponge that goes inside the sound hole? As the moisture in air so I do not need that little sponge
I would say 45% -55% relative humidity is best. If this is achieved, you minimize the risk of damage. Fluctuations will occur, but they usually balance out. If you live in the desert or a swamp, you will have to either humidify or dehumidify accordingly.
