Guitar Ionian Scale

building guitar speed metronome?
Hey when your using a metronome that you should play in quarters, eights, triplets or sixteenths. For my practice range I'm using the scale of G major, not an Ionian, but only one TTSTTTS. The three notes per string so that I do I use it with the metronome.
When you're playing a song and using a metronome, whatever the music calls for is that you play (eighth notes, triplets, etc.) But if you are having trouble playing it exactly as written, you can break it to something easier for you treat, then build from there. with scales can play them anyway. Start with quarter notes, then gradually increase the speed and change the way you play them. Note that the "click" indicates a hit. If you were playing triplets, for example, beats 1 and 3 will end in clicks. Beat 2 is in short pause between clicks.
