What is the best guitar to buy?
I have an SX Vintage Series Electric Guitar and have been happy with it, but I'm thinking of buying a new one. I am however, a little confused as to what type of guitar to buy because there are all kinds of guitars out there for me. My price range is usually EUR400-500. And for those in Ireland Dublin or better yet anyone reading this, you know of any good guitar store or even in Tallaght in Dublin?

GREAT ... neck feel nice, hot sounding pickups, tremolo floating incredible vibes, strings lock, and built with high quality. I also own a fender american start that Fender you see here as well. You can not get a real Gibson SG for this price range, but I like one posters idea to start and Epiphone, and have only Gibson pickups installed. I personally do not recommend buying used unless you really know what your looking for. You know how to look down the neck to know that is not warped? (because, if it is useless!) Do you know if the pickups are all good? Or just the basic value? Well I had a friend of a trade time and acoustic guitar in for a DEAN TAYLOR (YUK!) EVEN! I hate the local music store, who did it and did not tell this story for all musicians in my area since (the last 9 years ... I hope that hurt them!) SO ... be careful, for beginners or inexperienced can get ripped off very easily.
