Guitar Jack Nut

I got this guitar and newish, I picked up the 07 of September. I played a lot, but I have this problem. The guitar amps and works well, (its a Fender electric, just those red for $ 99) but the guitar part that you put the wire into the bolt fell, so do not plug in and when I stick the wire in all just makes a static noise. I heard it is because the output jack, but my problem is that the nut fell off and I really need to fix it! Does anyone know how and where can I fix it? Because I love my gutiar and take care of it very well:) thanks! Furthermore, no one knows how much wold it cost?
