Teaching is not a bad idea

The journey of education itself is very interesting and also very interesting and if you choose to teach yourself, you will definitely appreciate the guitar more. For the most part, I taught myself. Always schedule a minimum of 1 hour guitar lessons

I saw guitar lessons that are anywhere from 20 minutes two hours, but the vast majority of guitar teachers only teach 30 minutes of guitar lessons .... 30 minutes is nothing! Do not be fooled into thinking it's gonna be better from a 30 one-minute classes per week. If you do decide to take guitar lessons, you must have a minimum of one hour in order to get better. I learned this the hard way. I scheduled for 30 minutes on a guitar lessons guitar store near my house. I was 10 minutes early, my teacher was 5 minutes late. He then fed me the sales pitch of supplies that I needed a lot of the store and then kicked me out after about 20 minutes of nothing and said he had to prepare to the next lesson. This is unacceptable! Be smart, schedule a minimum of one hour guitar lesson.

Beware of obtaining guitar lessons from a guitar store

I've noticed that taking guitar lessons at a guitar store are usually half-assed. This is not always the situation. Just have enough knowledge to understand the quality of instruction you deserve.

Try to find a teacher who recommends a friend

Friends who are good at playing guitar are the perfect products of good teachers. If you have a friend who is amazing on guitar, ask him what the teacher is. If your friend sucks at guitar not know how to take guitar lessons from his teacher. It's as easy as that.

Never take guitar lessons with a teacher who is passionate about the game

I took guitar lessons once a teacher who seemed to know everything in the world on the guitar, equipment, purpose, theory, etc., but he never had anything thrown in front of me and "loose." I had finally asked him to play something and it seemed very half assed and inhabited without "soul" music. I I felt very disappointed. Some people may know what your talking about when it comes to guitar theory lessons and whatnot, however find a teacher who gets excited when you teach. guitar learning is an adventure and your teacher should be able to excite him.

Never take guitar lessons with a teacher who does not impress you as playing

This goes back to what I was talking about earlier. Want to get Spanish lessons from a person with a Spanish accent and bad that has never been to Mexico? No! Take classes with Spanish teacher who went to Mexico, hundreds of times and who knows something about the culture and above all impressive when you teach. Model themselves after what impresses and the people who impress you, not only on guitar, but everyday life.

If you hear someone who is an incredible guitarist at a concert, party, bar, where ... This should be your teacher

Many successful people model themselves after people already successful, like great guitarists model itself after large previous guitarists. If you've seen someone play and inspire you to learn to play guitar, or playing like them one day, do not be afraid to ask them if they learned, or even if they could teach you guitar lessons.
