Guitar Metal Scales

What guitar scales should I learn to improve my solo's?
Hello everyone, Well, I've been playing guitar for a year and I really want to take my game to the next level. Currently, I know all my pentatonic scales in every position and each key. I can play them well and quite fast, but I feel like I'm missing something in my solo's. I only know the bluesy, pentatonic, licks, and I really like to learn other scales to spice up my game. So, what other scales should I learn to help improve my soil is? Normally I play metal and stuff, and I really want to start being able to shred for so any advice to improve my game (solo, speed, phrasing, exercise), it would be very useful! Thanks in advance!
you to transcribe solos too. This is probably the most effective thing to do because you learn style, sounds, new licks, too. you can learn all scales in the world, but that will not help you find a sound. hear their favorite artists and then play their recordings right soil
