Guitar Repair?

Has anyone used one of these books? I wonder if they were worth investing in learning to repair and maintenance of guitars. 1.Alfred Teach Yourself Guitar Repair & Maintenance (Book / DVD) $ 29.99 or 2.Metal Method Electric Guitar Setup and Repair (Book / DVD) $ 19.99

i cannot comment on any of these books since I've never read them. I've been a fan of the series metal method since the mid - 80 I'm sure its a good book. but the best I own book on the repair of the guitar is "complete guitar repair" by Hideo Kamimoto. their $ 20 or more in the Amazon and has more information than any other book I read.
