guitar nitrocellulose finish
On nitrocellulose finish Fender Telecaster Highway One?

I bought this guitar without realizing that the description was a satin nitrocellulose. Am I pretty safe with that? It will be the beginning of the paint crack in a much earlier age than would a glossy finish? And if I were to get it wet, as said my shirt was a little wet, while I was playing, does it stain?

The nitrocellulose finish is a very durable finish and will last for many years with proper care. That said, you should not play the guitar with a wet shirt on. Besides being dangerous if you are playing with a bad ground on your system, it is advisable to keep something wet near any type of wood, finished or not.
