Guitar Nut.?

If I have one in my old church, where he nut came loose, now if I put around Wanan myslef I can glue it back in place or if there some other special method? If I have to glue it back what kind of glue should I use? Normal Elmers, Super Glue, Crazy Glue ... Because I'm afraid there is a need to sow be replaced or repaired in the future that may casue problems if I use super glue .. so Help needed!

If the nut is still in good condition that you can paste back in place with a light TOUCH Elmers white glue. This is not a structural thing and he just has to be kept in place. Do not use Crazy Glue or something.
