guitar oscilloscope
What are the minimum requirements, on an oscilloscope, to the polarization of a guitar amp tube?

Moreover, except ebay (which became the land of wonder too many hits), where can I get an oscilloscope used for guitar amps bias, for a reasonable price? Links appreciated.

You really do not need a O'SCOPE do what you're looking to do. Bias adjustment involves the application of a voltage correct for the network (input) side of the tube, so that when the signal appears, the tube is properly configured for Class A, AB, AB1, AB2, B, C or operations. So if you know that this tension is (should be in the scheme), then all you need is a voltmeter with input impedance very high. If you either a O'SCOPE, since you are using it on the audio track, the maximum bandwidth must be approved in about 300kHz. (you usually want 10 times the maximum frequency) and DUAL TRACE so that you can see the input and output at the same time. Even with that, you will not see much. More than likely, you need to put it in XY mode and see the track to see what is happening at the transition point (where is zero). To do this right, you also need a function generator .... It would probably be cheaper to get this done by a professional. There are many on the net where you can buy an application you use. Do not forget, you also need a tube, too. This will cost about $ 50 (minimum) each.
