In the 1980s and 1990s, almost all guitarists seemed Explorers Explorers reproduced or made by other guitar manufacturers, such as The Police, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Kiss, U2, Metallica, Rick Nielsen, ZZ Top, Lynard Skynard, Gary Moore, and more!
The Modern Day Explorer is not handmade left by Gibson and its subsidiary, Epiphone.
A left-handed version is made by GASKELL GUITARS.
Other guitar manufacturers, who were inspired by this masterpiece music instrumentation are Hamer (theirs is called Hamer "Standard" and has no shield), Dean Guitars (make an impressive range of colors for your version), Jackson Guitars (Jackson is called "Kelly" and is a little different than Explorer, but Explorer is still visibly derivatives.) Other companies clones made from Explorer, such as Tokai, Stagg, Aria, and in the past, Ibanez, ESP and Peavey to name a few.
None of these companies listed above, as far Explorers do know its variant, the left hand without going into the store "custom" option, which usually results in a payment of about U.S. $ 4000 and possibly more than a year waiting time.
The Guitar Explorer is actually a masterpiece.
