Wiring a Stratocaster: American Standard Start or Eric Johnson Start Wiring?
I am rewiring a start and I'm trying find out if I connect it to the American Standard Start or am Eric Johnson Strat. 'is more to Johnson, because the bridge pickup is the tone control, but Fender's website (If you look at Fender's website and go to support, they have wiring diagrams for all their guitars), American Standard wiring diagram Start and switching / control diagram is the pickup for linking a control.So tone basically all claims collectors are connected to a control.Anyone tone with any of these guitars that want to weigh in favor of ve So.I 'hear both guitars on YouTube and it looks like Eric Johnson Start sounds better, but then again the guitars I'm right.
