Guitar Pots 500k
Where can I find an audio 500k ohm linear taper pot?
I'm working on a research project and the need to replace this type of pot an instrument. I know they are widely used in guitar amps and was just wondering if anyone knew a good place to get a hold one, am having a difficult time.
I would try first Digi-Key. The ref. page is to slide pots, I guess that's what you mean by linear (a it is not linear taper). This page also refers to Bourns, CTS and Panasonic, there may be more information there.
