Guitar Power Amp Schematic

construction of a guitar amp tube. There are several symbols floor diff. are all supposed to be connected?
I'm building a guitar amp tube. There are several dif ground symbols in the scheme. are all supposed to be connected? I have the land of the power cord connected to the chassis. May otherwise be in the scheme attached to the same chassis ground? Here is a link to the scheme: http://ax84.com/media/ax84_m175.pdf is the signal ground connected the chassis at all?
If you are using a power transformer, then the chassis should be isolated from other reasons. There should be only one chassis ground and a ground signal which is the same as all the B-supply voltages. The only other solo I can think of is the way speaker, returning to the AC output. This can be separate or connected to the signal ground - does not matter (unless you have some really bizarre circuit tube). If you email me the layout or send a link to it, I can check for sure ..
