Should I get this guitar amp (for those who know about it)?
Im looking to buy a Behringer Power Pack 1, the half stack and its fairly cheap, I did my research and seems like a very sweet, I just want to know if they are so reliable.
I was not too happy with the quality. I tried it at Guitar Center and the distortion was very muddy and weak in both low and high. I tried to connect it to the pedals I used and did not improve, but the speakers could not handle it. So, I was afraid to buy it and play it live. Are you a musician gigging? What is your budget? If $ 500 - $ 600, I think Crate is a decent, and Randall does good things too. I use a Line 6 Spider II 150W combo, and it does its job very well, it can actually drown my other guitarist Marshall stack. If I had money I'd go with a Mesa Boogie or ENGL, but for the price and size and quality, I'm happy.
