Guitar Rigs Presets
What kind of guitar effects that I should use?
I am currently rebuilding my guitar rig and am trying to decide weather to go box vibrate route pedal board, get a multi effects unit floor, or buy rack units with a midi controller. I like stomp boxes, but can get expensive and when I play live I do not want to have to tap dance to get a decent sound. Rack Units can also be expensive, and its hard to lug around band practice. A multi effects floor board would cool. I want something with a good tone, the pleasurable effects, and presets. I was looking at the LE TONELAB Vox and also the GT10 Boss. My budget is about $ 400 - $ 500. I willing to buy used. I play anything from Avenged Sevenfold, Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Christian rock, Nine Inch Nails ... I play all styles. I have a Line 6 Spyder II 112 amps. I am open to all opinions and points of view. I appreciate your advice.
I used to use a Boss GT10 for live shows and it was amazing. Took some time before I learned to use it, since I had just used stomp boxes and I am a little purist when it comes to technology. But I was able to combine all the effects I wanted to use for each song and activate them with a single step, which was life-changing. And he never gave me problems for a moment, despite being carted around in a backpack year. In retrospect, I'm a little sad I waited so long to investigate the modern technology, since the GT10 simplified my life. Good luck to you!
