Guitar Setup Intonation

(electric guitar) to set up, intonation and height adjustment first string?

hi i have a squier start and I set it up yourself. No sure if it is important, but there must be some way of doing things when configuring it? I've already adjusted the truss rod and tension spring (I actually put train all 5 springs and bolted on the collector as much as I could not ... planning to use the train more) Now I'm wondering if there should be no order in which I continue this. I should adjust the height of the first string or set the tone first?

matter, probably does a ton ... but the way I understand it is set the string height (via saddles) changes the distance between the bridge and nut for an amount of minutes (making them higher increases tension and increases the chain length by one mm or more in front when you go down), so changing the intonation. therefore make sense to adjust the height, intonation, so you do not throw when adjusting to each other.
