Randy Rhoads was a young American guitarist who gained fame after becoming the guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne at the beginning of Ozzy's solo career. That was 1979. Randy Rhoads and Ozzy Osbourne, along with Bob Daisley and Lee Kerslake formed the band that Ozzy was put firmly on the map again as an artist in his own right, after leaving huge success Black Sabbath.
Randy Rhoads was a professor of classical guitar. In collaboration with Bob Daisley, Bob, and he composed some of the best songs of his career of many songs from Ozzy Osbourne, who still plays today in your game live.
Randy Rhoads is also famous for the "Randy Rhoads V Guitar, a guitar Randy had designed and built by Charvel back in 1981 and 1982. The CEO of Charvel that time, Grover Jackson, went on to produce Randy's guitar under the name of Jackson (apparently, the reason for the choice of Mark Jackson was that Grover had thought that the Randy Rhoads model might be too radical and did not want to risk branding it as a Charvel.)

Jackson and Charvel guitars were built in the same factory until 1986 and then, the company was sold to the Japanese manufacturer AMIC in 1989. Charvel eventually made exclusively in Japan until 1991, while Jackson continued to be made in California Although the name had almost disappeared Charvel the end of the century, Jackson / Charvel would see a new light when it was bought by Fender Music Corporation in 2002.
Today, the Randy Rhoads V is still produced by Jackson Guitars, but now that Jackson is part of Fender, Jackson are all manufactured in the Fender factory in Corona, Ca and Jackson of course, now subject to the directions company's parent company, Fender Musical Instruments.
