Guitar Slim Songs

Question about modded PS2s?
Well, I have a few, actually. But first, let me tell you about my PS2. I have a PS2 slim and I wanted to put custom music in my game Guitar Hero 2. I saved it to a DVD-R and tried to play it, but it did not work, so I'm guessing, I have a modded PS2. Here are my questions: 1. How do I know if I have a modded PS2? [[I do not think I have one, but I need to know just for future reference]] 2. If I do not, where I can find only a modchip for my PS2? [[I looked at a lot of different sites, but they are all confused]] 3. Where can I put the modchip / How can I use it? [[I got an idea, but I do not know exactly]] 4. There is a CD that I can install on my PS2 that will let me play burned discs? [[They talked about the installation a disk in some sites but not sure if I can trust them]]
if you do not know if your PS2 is modded, then it is not. modding the slims is difficult because they need a second chip installed or you will wear the laser. If you have a slim you want to use magic swap: http://www.modchip.ca/store/product.php?productid=16227&cat=269&page=1 not forget that you need the PS2 Slim flip top as well. However, even after modding your PS2 to play backup games, I do not think you will have plenty add custom tracks luck. I have seen people take the game tracks and rip them back to PC, but not the other way around, at least not for the games you score based on the songs. How The Game score you on these tracks? As he knows what pressing the buttons you need, unless you programmed in? if you have any luck doing this, please let us know, I know a lot of people would be interested.
