guitar truss rod adjustment
I have tinnitus string on my guitar, how do I configure my truss rod to eliminate this?

I have an ESP LTD EC100 deluxe guitar and strings buzz too strong in the first and second frets. Its very bad in both strings and moderately poor and the middle 4. I can not get the appeal is already much higher than what is ideal for me, so I think it needs a truss rod adjustment. I heard that the completion of the 1st fret and 12th fret and check the space for 5-string is a way to verify and there is no room for what this means? Any advice appreciated.

I trussed guitars a little earlier. I know you're supposed to take the guitar to a technology rather than doing it yourself. But frankly, it costs money to have someone else do it and I really wanted to learn to do it alone. This is I did. I put the guitar on his lap so that the neck was sticking out my left (I'm right handed). So I have the right size Allen wrench to the burden, and I stuck it in the hole truss. Then, slowly, about one quarter (maximum return) in a moment, I pushed the key away from me, or anti-clockwise. As you, I wanted to put a more concave relief in the neck. After each quarter turn, looked down the neck and threw the ropes a bit and see if I had managed what he wanted. After a few careful laps, I had the neck bent as much as I needed. It was so hard and it worked. The buzz is gone and I was able reduce the action that I like. The key is to take it slow. His guitar is not a particular one incredibly expensive, so if you screw up, it is a huge loss. I think the worst thing you can do is break the neck, but I do not. My advice is to shoot, but do not over do it. If things are going south, stop what you are doing and take the guitar to a technology. But my guess is that you can do that. Just go slow and be cautious. Check out this site. Should help. http://www.fender.com/support/stratocaster.php
